Fabric & Care
We only use organically-dyed premium natural fabrics.
Wash at or below 30ºC, together with similar colours. Do not use bleach. Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out on a low to medium temperature.

Our small atelier starts to create your order as soon as it is placed on the website, sometimes taking up to 7 days to complete. If you need your order earlier, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start the return, contact us at contact@poeticalb.com or on WhatsApp +40 733 982 448.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, intact, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse the return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that some made-to-order products cannot be returned.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please pack the product in something resistant to shipping.
You’ll be refunded within 10 business days via the payment method indicated. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.
